The highest mileage in a week, 34.5, of this training season so far. I'm
planning for my first hill run this week.

    Hi Arun,
    Pardon the Running 101 question, but what do you do for water when you're running 7-10 miles? Do you somehow carry a water bottle with you, run on paths where drinking fountains are available, or can you nowadays run that long without needing to drink anything?

    For a 7 mile run, I always go without water and I've been doing that for a few years now. I've done 10 milers as well without water. But anything more than that, I typically carry a waist packs that can carry water bottle, some bars, car keys etc. REI (http://www.rei.com/online/store/Search?storeId=8000&query=\*&cat=4500631&vcat=REI_SEARCH:C) has a good variety of those.
    BTW, I've done a 15-miler without water as well :) Happy & safe running!
