Week 1 Mileage - Low mileage last week

Wed: 8.5 miles

Thu: Rest

Fri: 7 miles

Sat: None

Sun: None

Started marathon training last week with a low mileage. The low mileage is mainly because of travel over the President's
weekend but I hope to recover this week. Well, one day already gone so
will need to run extra mileage in the remaining 6 days.
