Video: 20 SOA/API Tools in 2 Minutes | Luis Weir

I thought I might have to perform CPR on Oracle ACE Luis Weir by the time he finished his 2 Minute Tech Tip.

Luis is the Oracle Fusion Middleware Global Lead / Principal Architect at HCL Technologies, based in the UK, and he is the co-author, along with Andrew Bell, of Oracle SOA Governance 11g Implementation (2013, Packt Publishing).

But Luis managed to get through his entire list of 20 SOA and API tools without the need for medical attention, finishing just as his two minutes ran out. Check out his breathless performance.
