Oracle ACE Douwe Pieter van den Bos is a SOA/Fusion Middleware specialist and an information architect at the Ministry of Justice and Security in the Netherlands. And as if that doesn't keep him busy enough he's also the founder and editor-in-chief of OTech Magazine, a free, independent online publication for Oracle professionals featuring technical articles written by Oracle community leaders and subject matter experts.

In this OTN ArchBeat video interview Douwe talks about the rationale behind OTech's creation, the magazine's editorial schedule, and how you can contribute articles.

This month SOA and Oracle Fusion Middleware specialist Luis Augusto Weir was awarded Oracle ACE status for his considerable technical expertise and his efforts to share that expertise with the community through his writing and speaking engagements.

Luis is the co-author, along with Andrew Bell, of Oracle SOA Governance 11g Implementation (2013, Packt Publishing). You can get inside Luis's head just a bit thanks to this video interview recorded at Oracle OpenWorld 2013.
