Hollander Adds New Channel, Goes Direct to Consumers Fast With Oracle Commerce Cloud

Headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, Hollander Sleep Products is the largest bed pillow and mattress pad manufacturer in North America. The company also has major distribution agreements across North America with brands including Beautyrest, Ralph Lauren, and Nautica, among others.

Hollander has been very successful in the B2B space, manufacturing and marketing its in-house brand Live Comfortably. It also has done very well distributing other company’s products to retailers. But, as you know, retail and distributor businesses have been under great pressure in recent years. So in 2015, the company looked to expand its business model and take its in-house brand Live Comfortably direct to consumers—but it had no direct, consumer retail/commerce experience. To accomplish its goal, Hollander teamed up with Oracle and put Oracle Commerce Cloud to work. Listen to the story from these two Hollander executives:
