Staying Connected in 2011 - Coming to a City Near Your
By Brian Dayton on Jan 20, 2011
Staying connected with the community of Oracle Applications customers and partners and sharing information about where Oracle Applications are headed are two of our key New Year's Resolutions for 2011.
To that end, I'd like to share with you a program that is coming to a city (hopefully) near you.
Continuing the momentum from Oracle OpenWorld 2010 is a global event series that will be visiting numerous stops in North America, Asia Pacific & Japan, Central and South America and Europe, the Middle East and Africa in early 2011.
The Charting Your Course with Oracle Applications tour is designed to help business and IT executives assess the impact of new inflection points on their business and applications roadmap including:
- changing workforces
- shifting customer and constituent bases
- increased volatility and complexity
It's a great opportunity for those who have already chosen Oracle Applications to run their core operations as well as those who are looking to better understand Oracle's strategy and capabilities--and what makes Oracle different. Upgrades, where Oracle Fusion Applications fit in, best practices, technology strategies and roadmaps. It's all covered.
Check out the tour site on Oracle.com and see when the tour is coming to a city near you. It's updated frequently as we add new stops and finalize dates and venues. Be sure to check the agenda. Some cities may have more focused agendas on hot topics, like Human Capital Management or Value Chain Planning, and others may offer a full day briefing on the complete Oracle portfolio.
We hope to see you.
