With these two awards, Oracle Academy in Greece has earned a total of 14 awards over three years in four different award contests. It also marks the third year in a row that Oracle Academy has been awarded the Gold Impact BITE Award for CSR, and the third year in a row that it was recognized at the Education Leaders Awards in the Digital Education Category, winning Gold, Silver and Bronze awards.
The Gold Impact BITE (Business IT Excellence) Award for Corporate Citizenship Initiatives recognized Oracle Academy as the leader in CSR activities in the ICT sector in Greece. The Impact BITE Awards are the most prestigious awards of the information and communications technology (ICT) industry in Greece, and are organized by leading B2B publishing company Boussias Communications in cooperation with the E-Business Research Center of Athens University of Economics and Business. The annual awards have been held for the past eight years and are acknowledged by all major ICT organizations in the country.
The Education Leaders Award recognized Oracle Academy’s contributions to the Greek educational system. These awards honor educational organizations that systematically invest and innovate so the human capital of Greece may bring to society wisdom, knowledge, skills, talent, and inspiration, leading to innovation and progress. More than 350 educational organizations and companies from Greece and Cyprus participated in the awards.
