Role and blog change

A bit off topic, but this blog-post will be my last in this form.

From April 1st 2011 I am very happy to join the Oracle Exadata and MAA Development team. My role as Consultant will stop.

This blog will however not stop. I will rename the blog into something more appropriate. It will of course be related to my new role where I can work for the great Oracle products and be part of the team bringing forward new releases with new features and best practices to keep your business running fast and stable on Oracle software 24x7 !

Once new features, products and papers are officially released I will use this blog to show my personal highlights of that specific product/feature. I may choose to demo something or just point to some good MAA documents that come with it.

For Consulting business, I still recommend Oracle Consulting in the Netherlands to go to as they can bring THE Oracle Cloud Expertise and make the difference in your projects.

The email address for Oracle Consulting in the Netherlands is: expertservices_nl'at'oracle.com

Blog to be updated soon.

Regards

Rene Kundersma

Cool, good for you! Do you have to relocate or how does it work? I guess the majority of development is done at Redwood Shores? Keep the good posts coming! All the best! /Peter

About

Blog of Rene Kundersma, Principal Member of Technical Staff at Oracle Development USA. I am designing and evaluating solutions and best practices around database MAA focused on Exadata. This involves HA, backup/recovery, migration and database consolidation and upgrades on Exadata. Opinions are my own and not necessarily those of Oracle Corporation.
