Quick Tip: Bubble Hyperlinks and See It! Mode

Within the UPK Documentation, you will notice several notes which say something along the lines of:

"Note: Attachments linked to frames or bubble text are not available in See It! or Know It? playback mode."

See It! mode is designed to be watched with little to no user interaction--similar to watching a movie. Try It! mode offers users a more interactive experience. When authoring content, it is important to consider this difference and the fact that See It! mode and Try It! mode text will always be the same. However, the link will only appear in Try It! mode. Below is an example of authoring text with hyperlinks for both See It! and Try It! modes. (The underlined words represent the link.)

Instead of writing this: "Click here to read the Leave of Absence Policy."

Consider writing this: "Review the Leave of Absence Policy for additional information."

In this way the text still makes perfect sense in See It! mode despite not being a link, while Try It! mode will display the linked text.
