eTRM now available on My Oracle Support!

Enough said. Heard it here first.

(Apparently, as reported in the comments, the PDF’s are not available for download and viewing yet.  This may be a browser related issue.  Try using Firefox instead of IE.  Or, please use the HTML until this is fixed)

Hi Chris: Many thanks for making eTRM available to us once again. Many users including myself have tried to view or download PDF's for ER diagrams without success. When trying to view we get a blank screen. trying to download, files are unavailable etc. Is there a phased availability of the pdf files planned? Please advice. Thanks, Mohan

Interesting, eTRM works fine for me with my Mac and Safari but doesn't allow me to download the PDF files if I use Win XP and Internet Explorer (VM on my Mac). I think there are still some bugs to work out.

Hi Chris. Thanks for helping to resolve this - you must have taken a lot of punches! Did you know that the eBusiness Suite User Documentation which is also on the "On Line Documentation" list is also not working?

I'm unable to download PDF files/diagrams too. Using WinXP and Internet Explorer. Thanks,

Thanks for your comments. We are investigating this issue. This may be a browser problem. Try using Firefox instead of IE. -CW

Hi Chris Is there a general issue with the new support site. I cannot seem to access at all. After log in I just get a blank page. Not sure if this relates to internet security settings\ options? thanks Richard
