Sun Java System Directory Server 6: PwdLastAuthTime and cn=proxyagent

Sun Java System Directory Server 6 introduced a new attribute in password policies, PwdLastAuthTime, that stores the last time a user authenticated to the Directory. ProxyAgent is the default user in the profile used by native-ldap clients configured for proxy authentication. See this blog posting for more information.

Anonymous Access and Solaris native-ldap Clients

Using Kerberos to Authenticate a LDAP Client for Solaris 10 OS

Please note: This configuration uses a shell script called adjoin.sh to automate the process of joining the Solaris client to the Active Directory domain and configures Kerberos on the client.
