Redundancy procedure or ERE (“Expediente de Regulación de Empleo”) is a Spanish administrative procedure that employers must comply with to request a temporary suspension of labor contracts or a collective dismissal in some specific circumstances. Oracle PeopleSoft is delivering this feature to meet a growing business requirement among Spanish customers, as the economic crisis made such procedures more frequent.
The new feature enables you to manage both permanent and temporary ERE procedures.
Oracle PeopleSoft delivers a full set of pages, calculation rules, processes and reports to manage end-to-end ERE procedures, from data entry to legal reporting.
The ERE feature is available under the resolution numbers 845477 (Global Payroll for Spain) and 864064 (Human Resources for Spain).
