Legislative Update for Peoplesoft Global Payroll Spain

Starting January 2014,  Tax and Social Security legal changes have been published affecting the PeopleSoft Global Payroll Spain

1) Tax rates for historical territories Alava, Guipuzcoa and Vizcaya have changed.
2) Social Security upper ceiling and maximum bases amounts have been updated.
3) Changes have been done to react to  RED Bulletin 2013/10 on Social Security calculation and reporting.


Additionally we have delivered an update for PeopleSoft Global Payroll 9.0 to include banking file following the norm CSB34_14. This will allow Spanish customer to extend by two years the transition period to adapt their payments to SEPA requirements.
The Position Statement has been revised to include more details about these legislative updates, the patch availability and pre-requisites.
