The many uses of Workflow Signoff Duration

Honk if you've ever been annoyed by a single approver taking forever to sign off on a document. With Agile 9.3, we've introduced a new feature called "Workflow Signoff Duration" that tracks, for any workflow step that requires one or more reviewers to sign off, the number of days that have elapsed since the reviewer got notification of needing to sign off on an object (if he hasn't signed off yet) or the number of days the reviewer took to actually sign off on the object (if he has signed off on it). FDA 21 CFR Part 11 Compliance: Dual Identification for Signoffs

Here's an extract from the Federal Register that lays out the final ruling of 21 CFR Part 11: "Section 11.200 provides that electronic signatures not based on biometrics must employ at least two distinct identification components such as an identification code and password". With Agile 9.2.2.2, we've provided an ability for Administrators to configure specific workflow statuses that require signoff to require an additional form of user authentication along with the usual approval password.
