Oracle Unveils Oracle's Agile Customer Needs Management

With Product Lifecycle Management, the process starts right from the beginning, even before any R&D has taken place. With Oracle's Agile Customer Needs Management users can easily capture and prioritize product ideas, customer feedback and product requirements from internal sources including product managers, engineers, sales and executives and external sources such as customers, design partners and suppliers.
