Standard Life Sees Significant ROI with Oracle HCM Cloud

By Mike Vilimek

Customer case studies are a great resource for organizations looking to make a technology decision. They give visibility into how other organizations similar to them fared after making the same technology selection. Why did they choose that solution? What benefits did they receive? What were the timelines? Etc.

For me however, the best case studies are the ones that show quantifiable return on investment (ROI). Because let’s be honest, what decision makers care about most is,

Will we be better off in the future by implementing this solution?

The recently released case study featuring Standard Life shows just how better off they are after implementing an Oracle HCM Cloud solution. How’s this for ROI?

  • On track to achieve an estimated 32% ROI over five years, delivering a savings of £5.2 million ($US 8.83 million) per annum
    • 25% reduction in HR support headcount
    • 40% reduction in the number of interface HR systems

Impressive numbers no doubt. Click below to view the full case study.
