Mike Vilimek is an experienced technology professional and an active blogger, presenter, and thought leader on topics including recruiting and HR technology. As the Director, HCM Product Marketing at Oracle, Mike is responsible for defining global positioning and messaging for Oracle HCM solutions. Still HR is not using HCMs actively and things happen outside HCM for critical activities like recruitment activities, International Mobility related activities, benefit admin activities etc, One reason for this ignorance is because HCM is not making life simple to HR. It just asks them to fill up lot of fields, need to run too much of concurrent programs for simple syncs between processes and other applications, dependency towards tech developers for changing application which causes time to fly, etc.,

Thinking out of the box is need of the hour to minimize data processing time, not just automation alone is required.
