A partnership between Oracle BPO Specialized partner Logica, worth over $70 million, and Ahold will manage the lifecycle of over 90,000 employees.

Logica will implement single client PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 on a dedicated infrastructure to effectively transform the Ahold's HR IT landscape to future proof technology. The services Logica brings to Ahold through the outsourcing contract comprise:

  • Single point of contact HR Help Desk
  • Payroll services
  • Core HR admin
  • Comps & Benefits admin
  • Health and Safety Admin
  • Learning administration

There will be local HR support and presence in The Netherlands and the Czech republic, plus blended delivery with back office operations in the Philippines.
