Bringing the Challenging Questions to the Oracle Support Stars Bar

An Oracle OpenWorld attendee walked into the Oracle Support Stars Bar on Monday and approached the counter. He wanted to talk about Oracle’s offering for receivables, the PeopleSoft offering, the industry offering, and much more. “Which ones do I need to go with?” he asked. “I need details on all of them now.”
Another attendee wanted the support stars to track down the name of her Oracle sales representative. “The technology buyer at your company should have that information,” said one of the Oracle support stars. “Yeah, that guy isn’t nice. He doesn’t tell me anything.” So the stars started tracking down the name.
A few minutes later, a group of attendees wanted to know the pros and cons in comparing Sun Identity Manager with Oracle Identity Manager. They’re thinking of migrating from the Sun solution.
Throughout the day Monday, the Oracle support stars fielded questions ranging from patching to integration to general technology and service, and, as with every year, the location of sessions. What questions do you have for the stars?

The Oracle Support Stars Bar is open all week at the Moscone West Level 2 lobby during the following times:
- Sunday, Sept. 30: Noon - 4 p.m.
- Monday, Oct 1: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Tuesday, Oct 2: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Wednesday, Oct 3: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Thursday, Oct 4: 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
