TCP/IP over USB, OracleVM(OEL)<->Windows Mobile

Assume you are running Windows on OracleVM and the machine's NIC got broken,
how will you shutdown that Windows instance safely ?
I know in real world this won't happen :)  Real world people runs OracleVM on the machine with multiple NICs.

But here's an answer. Connect your Windows Mobile(iPad/Android perhaps?) via USB or serial cable
and launch vnc viewer.

In these pictures, the Lenovo laptop is dedicated OracleVM server and the gadget is my mobile phone running
Windows Mobile 6.5.  I launched vnc on WinMobile and accessed Solaris10 VM.

Installing and configuring necessary software on Dom0 OEL54 wasn't straight forward. I can explain more if anybody is interested.
