Can we improve Employee Performance with Software Tools?

Lets now discuss about a software analytic tool which may actually improve performance of employees across organization. Do you really think it is beneficial for employees and organization mutually?
•With this tool, our goal is to improve the employees performance in their respective work areas and also provide suggestions and activity analytics for them to improve which eventually would drive their business better.
Lets take an example of a Bank Cashier who collects the withdrawal form and give money to the customer.
}Cashier A collects the form from Customer A enters the information on the screen and give money to the customer in a time of 105 seconds.
What does the tool suggest now and information available to employees?
Our tool will analyze the BIG Data received from the Cashier A and Cashier B activities and provides suggestions to Cashier A and Cashier B as follows:
}For Cashier A: Make sure you have cash available in your drawer.
Lets see the root source of these suggestions which is caused by statistics of these two cashier activities recorded by our tool.
Our tool provide additional suggestions to employees based on surveys of customers :
}For Cashier A/B: You are 15 seconds late from an ideal customer who expects his money. This analytic data is given either monthly or quarterly and used for their performance appraisals.
Other Sectors :
Lets consider another example on how to improve performance of an employee and Team who are continuously fixing bugs of their application.
Example of ABC Team:
Suppose there is a manager A under this team ABC who directs 6 people whose primary job is fixing bugs of their newly built web application.
}Through their internal bug site, these Employees are assigned bugs under different product areas and tracks full information right from the bug assigned to closure of bug.
}Our tool does the analysis of average time taken by an employee per functional area of the bug, how many bugs re-opened, how many bugs are not a bug, redirecting of bugs etc.,
Possible suggestions to respective employees who use this tool would get like :
•Time taken for solving bugs for Product ID(User Interface) is deviating from the normal by 3 days. Suggest you to take course on Effective User Interface Design and Techniques.
• 4 Customer Escalations are seen this quarter. Please provide customer with detailed information and provide good support.
•This product ID (User Interface) has 89 bugs this quarter. Please have additional resources in handling it to make it clean.
} In the prior slides , you would have seen few examples from a broader scope of this tool.
} Hope this type of software tool would help every organization do better with an automatic performance appraisal available to their employees at respective time frames.
