Comments:

We have also get hit by this...and was for a Convergence deploy so we can't move to 3.1, we copy the correct x64 libraries (only the ones that was packed wrong from sparc) from patch 24 and everything is ok, what surprises us more is the fact that after a couple of weeks after 25 is out with wrong libraries (what a dumb mistake tbh...hello QA tests?!) and no patch with correct libraries to fix this was released...

I applied this patch to one of my GlassFish environments and got an OOM error. Only after removing some of the domains was I able to run the patch installer successfully. Is there any way to modify the java parameters to increase the Xmx? Or another workaround for this condition? Thanks.
