Nigel King, VP of the Fusion Functional Architecture Team delivered the keynote address at the SROAUG Conference in Orange County this past Friday.

The talk centered on the various coexistence scenarios in Fusion Applications. The session included an introduction and a guided tour of Oracle Enterprise Repository (OER) which is Oracle's tool for storing the integration assets available to implementers, including assets for prepackaged models in CRM, SCM, HCM, Procurement, Project Portfolio Management, and Financial Accounting Hub. There were over 100 attendees present at the event. A poll revealed that a majority of respondents are on EBS 11i and a sizable minority are on R12. The breakout sessions delivered by partners and customers were in the areas of Hyperion/ Essbase and EBS related upgrades and financial reconciliation processes,and  also included insights from an early adopter of Fusion Apps IT Convergence.
