Got a request to come up with a list of all the extension functions we provide in Publisher. I finally got around to generating some javadoc for the XSLTFunctions.java.
You can get the zipped java doc for the 5.6.3 release here.
You can get the zipped java doc for the 10.1.3.4 release here
Should be enough in there for you to work out whats needed in terms of parameters.
To use the functions you need to prefix them with
<?xdoxslt: function_name(parameters) ?>
Enjoy!

Hi Tim,
One of our customers is looking to deploy BI Publisher to generate reports from XML data files
They are an insurace company and have written XML output programs for Cobol and have many xml data files
1. Can they run reports using Web services and pass the xml dta file as a parameter?
2. Can they store xml data in relational table and query xml data from relational storage.
Thank you

Hey Tim,
Excellent stuff... Why not unzip and upload to web site for SEO / Google search reasons.
