All of these can be downloaded from metalink (https://metalink.oracle.com/) under patch id 7005587. You will need to log into metalink to download the patch.

AIX5L Based Systems (64-bit)
Vista-32 bit (and Windows2008-32, Windows2008-64)
Windows-64 Itanium
