OWB Administration class

The latest addition to the Oracle University classes around Warehouse Builder 10gR2 is the newly released OWB Administration class. The goal of the class is to ensure that resouces that do not work in OWB on a daily basis (e.g. the non-OWB users) are aware of what to do and how to work with OWB in an organization.

From the OU website on what is in the class...

Learn to:

  • Diagnose and debug errors
  • Apply performance enhancement methods
  • Install and setup OWB in a RAC environment
  • Manage OWB security
  • Configure OWB for a multi-user environment
  • Manage configuration and runtime settings
Administrators get a glance of OWB functionality, but are mostly concerned about the environment and the impact OWB might have on their managed systems. This class tries to address the questions that people may have.

To learn more about the class and review the schedule, follow this link to the Oracle University pages.
