I'm still catching up on a series of platform-specific announcements made during our blogging hiatus. Here's another one: Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 (12.0.x) is now certified with Oracle Database Server 10gR2 version 10.2.0.3 on IBM Linux on System z (zLinux).
Note: This is a database tier only certification (previously known as a 'split configuration' in 11i). The application tier must be on a fully certified E-Business Suite R12 platform.

As far as I know, this port isn't done yet, but I'll follow up with our Applications Platform Group to confirm that.
The latest DB Vault certifications that I tracked are shown here:

At present, only DB Vault 10.2.0.3 is certified on zLinux.
I don't have any details about the the DB Vault 10.2.0.4 certification yet. You're welcome to monitor or subscribe to this blog for updates, which I'll post as soon as soon as they're available.

Our Applications Platforms Group confirmed this:
"Yes, this can be done. EBS 12.0 is currently certified as a 'Database Tier Only' with 10.2.0.4 db on Linux on System z running RHEL 5.
The Oracle 10.2.0.4 db will run on IBM System z running RHEL 5, and EBS R12 has to be on any certified platform ( non-Linux on System z).
"More details can be found on Certify. Please follow the steps below:
From the Certify home home page, click on 'Certifications by Product'
Select 'E-Business Suite' from the Product Groups selection list and hit submit
Select 'E-Business Suite Release 12' from the Products selection list and hit submit
Scroll down to the Platform Selection list, select 'IBM: Linux on System z' and hit submit
You will see a certification matrix that confirms this information."
