When E-Business Suite Release 12.0.0 was originally released last year, it included the latest available support for all of the world time zones. Since then, a number of countries and regions have changed their time zone definitions, including:

| Egypt | 7-Sep-2007 |
| Brazil | 14-Oct-2007 |
| Venezuela | 9-Dec-2007 |
| Argentina | 30-Dec-2007 |
| Australian Capital Territory New South Wales South Australia Victoria Tasmania | 6-Apr-2008 |
If you do business with these countries or others that have changed their time zone or Daylight Saving Time (DST) definitions recently, your E-Business Suite Release 12 environment may require patching.
