Hands-On Course Waiver for E-Business 11i Certification Program

This is a small diversion from our usual coverage, but worthwhile if you're working through an Oracle E-Business 11i Certified Professional (OCP) program.  I suspect that regular readers of this site would find it relatively straightforward to attain a certification as an Oracle E-Business Suite 11i Applications Technology Certified Professional Administrator.

If you have the experience to pass the exams, you can skip the requirement to attend instructor-led classes.  There are time-limits for writing the exams and submitting a waiver request, so if you've been considering an OCP certification for the E-Business Suite, this is a good time to start.  For details about the waiver, see:

Hi,

Thanks for the info but I am not able to understand one Simple Question ...

Why had Oracle included Oracle Workflow for DBA's ? Apps DBA work with workflow only to configure it or troubleshoot it if need be but rest of the work is done by Workflow Developers . I think Oracle Should not include this in APPS DBA Certification

Thanks

Hi, Vivek,Interesting comment, but not one that I have sufficient insight to respond to.  You might wish to contact the Oracle University folks for more details about the requirements for this certification.Regards,Steven
