One of the nice things about coming back from vacation is seeing what's been accomplished while one's been away. This always suggests to me that I should buck the trend and take longer and more frequent vacations.
While I was out for Thanksgiving, our certification team released another database certification for the 9iR2 line. The latest 9.2.0.8 Database has been certified with the E-Business Suite Release 11i. You can upgrade your 9i database to the latest 9.2.0.8 database level if you are on E-Business Suite Release 11.5.7 or higher.
The interoperability patch for this configuration is now available for the following platforms:
- Linux x86 (RHEL 2.1, RHEL 3.0, Enterprise Linux 4.0, RHEL 4.0, SLES 8, SLES 9)
- Sun Sparc Solaris (64-bit)
- HP-UX PA-RISC
- IBM AIX
- Linux x86-64
- Linux Itanium
- HP-UX Itanium
Certifications for these platforms are still underway:
- Windows x86
- Windows Itanium
- HP Tru64
Full installation instructions can be found in:
