Thanks for mentioning my session on reusing Oracle Forms as JSF components and thereby enabling gradual migration. Although I'm biased I truly feel this could be a key technology for Forms users moving forward. It will allow you to leverage your investment in Oracle Forms by seamlessly integrate existing forms in a JSF application.
This could be used as a starting point for a migration strategy in which you gradually replace individual (or groups of) Forms with new JSF/ADF pages. There's no need for a big-bang migration or rewrite as with every other solution out there.
