Anybody out there considering an upgrade to release 8.0 may wish to look at the words of wisdom of one of our customers who has successfully achieved this.
Disney upgrades its CRM
The upgraded successfully used Siebel Support and the documentation and there are a good set of lessons learned. Quite an interesting article.
