One of my colleagues showed me a really interesting demonstration last week. Another of our best kept secrets is the User Productivity Kit. This solution is designed for users to help in implementation and training. The tool understands the screen and will record your actions. This can then be published so that you can see how something is done, try it out or receive hints. The tool will also publish a documentation set, a web based output for the playing of files and even User Acceptance Test documentation.
