I am very much interested in Siebel's Offense/Offender solution. This write-up, however was a bit on the lite side in describing the solution. Can you provide further information? I'm working on an a state RFI on this very subject and would like to include Siebel's Public Sector as the primary solution. A business scenario describing the Siebel components would be helpful.
