Change of Emphasis

For those of you have been following my blog (and career) with interest, I have some news.  After a number of years working in the technology arena, I am returning to more of a business focus and am moving into the UK Customer Relationship Management team.  For more information on CRM try here:

As I embark on this path, I will endeavour to update you with how my own education is going and hopefully in turn will help to educate those around me.
