I attended Oracle Retail's user conference, CrossTalk, in Orlando and had a great time. What really made it different from past conferences was its focus on the retailers themselves. It was refreshing to not have to talk about roadmaps and instead listen to the retailers talk about the economy, their implementations, and their customers.
