Hi Pankaj,
Thanks for the detail information of installing APEX 3.1, I have installed ORACLE DB10.2 then Oracle HTTP server 10.1202.
Then installed the apex3.1 the install seems to went fine but unfortunately i could nt able to do http:/host:8080/pls/apex it errors with 404, However, if i tryed http:/host:8080/ i could able to see 2 folders public ans sys and i can able to get inside the tree.
Can you please help me on this, I am a core oracle dba and this thing is new to me. Thanks for your help in advance
