Homepage Tweaks

We updated the LAF of the OTN homepage a scotch today (pronounced "scowtch"), as an old colleague of mine used to say.

Nothing major, but we did want to make it a bit easier to read and expose a wider cross section of community activity; there is no more room for headlines, downloads, and blogs.
