Hammer Time

In a previous post I previewed a new technical article series ("Project Lockdown" from Oracle ACE Arup Nanda - well, now it's here!

This is a really important series for a number of reasons. Most important, it offers extremely valuable information for DBAs who need to take maximum advantage of Oracle's out-of-the-box security features (and who doesn't these days?), including "best practice" checklists for locking your data down over the course of a single day, a week, a month, or a quarter.

As usual, Arup is careful to provide this information in a "real-world" context -- i.e., taking cranky users, audit requirements, business reqs, etc. into consideration.

Thanks Arup!
