"Pre-Production" Relea se of Oracle Database XE/Windows

A Beta 3 -- or what development is calling a "pre-production" release -- of Oracle Database XE on Windows is now available for download from OTN. it will require a de-install of previous releases (Beta 1 or Beta 2).
