Release 3 of Oracle Application Server 10g and JDev 10g - Production

The production releases of Oracle Application Server 10g (10.1.3) and Oracle JDeveloper 10g (10.1.3) are now available for download from OTN.

There is a huge laundry list of new features, with all the details available on OTN proper.
