Marcos Campos, a dev manager for Oracle Data Mining and Analytics, has launched a great new blog on that subject. As an old AI/business intelligence/analytics guy I love to see this stuff.

Hasn't been mentioned much but one of the crown jewels of the Siebel acquisition is surely Siebel Analytics, which is based on the innovative nQuire technology Siebel itself acquired some years ago. Personally I look forward to seeing what the dev org will do with this.
