It is that time of the year when many analyst firms are releasing comprehensive reviews of the leading transportation management systems. Within the last month, both Forrester Research and Gartner have released independent analyses that highlight Oracle Transportation Management's (OTM) dominant position relative to the competition.
Oracle recently released a press release about the Forrester Research report, entitled "Oracle Cited as the Sole Leader in Transportation Management Systems by Independent Research Firm" (http://www.oracle.com/corporate/press/2008_feb/forresterotm.html?rssid=rss_ocom_pr). The research highlights that OTM was the only solution that was rated in the Leader's segment by Forrester.
