Presenter: Eddie Awad, Sr. Oracle Developer, Knowledge Learning Corporation Session: Simple Tips to Quickly Find Answers to Your Oracle-Related Questions and Keep Your Oracle Skills Up to Date |
Q. If you were going to Twitter a friend about your presentation, how would you describe it in 140 characters or fewer?
A. Learn about the fastest way to perform search, get introduced to RSS, slice and dice feeds using Yahoo pipes and Dapper, and more fun stuff
Q. What's the one session you're not going to miss (other than your own, of course), and why?
A. Oracle ACE Director Birds-of-a-Feather Tips and Techniques Panel, session #300480. Even if I was not on this session's panel of speakers, I would still not miss it. The session will have less PowerPoint and more interaction between audience and speakers. I like that.
Q. What are your top three tips or tricks for attendees?
1. Use Schedule Builder to plan your sessions.
2. Follow Oracle related blogs, http://OraNA.info for example, to get a wider coverage of the latest happenings before, during, and after the conference.
3. Finally, and most importantly: have fun :)

The Oracle OpenWorld Blog has been doing an excellent job since its inception. Great work Jack. Keep it up.
Mohan, I appreciate your kind words. Thanks.

Thanks Mohan and Eddie, not only for joining the conversation here, but also for giving us so much to converse about via your active participation in your blogs and elsewhere in the Oracle community. My favorite thing about writing for the Oracle OpenWorld blog is that it's taken me to so many other amazing blogs I wasn't previously aware of (just see the Around the World series). And as always, thanks for your encouragement.
