Lunch 2.0 is at Oracle on 22nd October

I want to write about food and clothing, and bring you last week's news hot off my press, at least.

Two sights at the php|works conference caused me humorous revulsion: Paul Reinheimer wearing a Paypal t-shirt, and Patrick Reilly wearing the Zend Framework t-shirt.  Nothing is wrong with shirts or the people (well, not so much anyway :) But - and this might be too much information - those are two shirts that I sometimes use for sleepwear. I'm going to have to erase my memory of those hairy blokes in my sleepwear or find something different to wear.  I think my wife would like me to do both.

There is good news.  There is an opportunity to get a new free t-shirt at Lunch 2.0 on 22nd October at Oracle's conference center in Redwood Shores, California.

Amongst others, the Oracle's AppsLab guys will be there.

PS this is not one of the two final blog posts this week that I promised.  This is a bonus post as I catch up on what happened while I was out of the office.  There is one more post from me to come tomorrow.
