New Scripting Language Focus on Oracle Technology Network

The Oracle Technology Network has created a counterpart to the PHP Developer Center: check out the new Scripting Languages Technology Center.

Update: There is a new Python forum and a Ruby/Ruby On Rails forum too.

Shouldn't the PHP stuff be listed there as well? It now seems that only python and ruby are scripting languages.

Mariano:

Hi cj, I'm checking the new page and I wanna congratulate you guys: nice move. Hope in a short time it gets full of knowledge.
Since I'm here ;) a few details about the page:
1- can we have rss feed there? It would be nice
2- In the downloads section, you have cx_Python. It's linking to the instant client page. I guess it should be call cx_Oracle, point to -at least- the sourceforge page and if you ask me, it's really "Oracle extension -library I would call it- for Python" and not all the way round.

Anyway, just a few suggestions. Thanks a lot and I hope to the see the new forum in short time!!

Ivo: I also thought this, but there is a link to the PHP page there. I've mentioned the issue to Justin Kestelyn (http://blogs.oracle.com/otn/)

Mariano: Thanks for the suggestions, which I passed to Justin. He said RSS feeds are in the pipeline.
