Oracle PHP Troubleshooting FAQ has been updated

I've updated the Oracle PHP Troubleshooting
FAQ
on OTN.  The changes are not major.  A few new hints were added to existing entries and some of the changes in the re-factored oci8 extension are mentioned.

Send me any tips you have and I'll add them to my list of items for the next update.

OCIEnvInit() failed. There is something wrong with your system - please check that ORACLE_HOME is set and points to the right directory

How should I do? thank you very much for your assistance
