Oracle Enterprise Manager 10gR5 Upgrade Checklist
Looks like many people have downloaded the 10gR5 release to give it a try. Since 10gR5 is a 'patchset release', a person needs to first install an earlier version of Enterprise Manager Grid Control and then apply 10gR5 on top in order to complete the full 10gR5 install.
