Recording ScreenCasts for Oracle Support - (Demonstrate It To Oracle)

Oracle Global Support has published a Metalink article on how to use CamStudio for making screencasts to send to support. This is a great way to help report problems that are visual in nature. It also can speed up our response because we don't need to do an OWC or waste time trying to figure out what steps were done.

This process is called Demo It To Oracle or DITO.

Thanks to Laurent Schneider for pointing it out to me.
