I am back again after 2 weeks of paternity leave. My wife and I had a new baby, called William Robert, on the 24th May, weighing 7lb 6oz

Obviously I am delighted, and thanks to everyone who has sent congratulations.

Hi Martin, congratulations :). I also read that you are moving on to CoreHr from iRecruitment. Best of luck for the same :)

Hi,enjoyed your blog... I am starting a new position as a Staff Consultant with KBace, an Oracle partner of MA... I have a strong HR/Recruiting background, I will be learning iRecruitement.. do you recommend any books, demos I can get my hands on before I start the new job? I would appreciate your perspective, thanks!

Gail,
good luck with your position. For learning about iRecruitment, the best things to look at are the iRecruitment implementation guide on Metalink (note 373837.1), and the iRecruitment recorded training, which I believe is freely available to partners on OPN.
Martin
